Neon Sprawl v0.16

In this version, I updated the Threats section.

• Added some preamble explaining the Threats section
• Removed drives from the threats
• Split threat tags out into “tags” (general capabilities) and “defenses” (obstacles that must be overcome to defeat the threat)
• Put a graphical progress clock beside each threat rather than just a number.
• Changed the “Streetganger” threat to “Street Gang” and “Corp Exec” to “Drone Swarm”, to demonstrate how you can use a threat to represent an entire group of enemies

I also added a category to the Gear section detailing Advanced Tags. These are rare and valuable gear tags that can only be obtained through play, and grant unique abilities or powerful fictional permissions.
